My flat is available to move in only from July 1st onwards. It is in FIRST FLOOR. Very very near to modern school back side gate. There are two modern school. one is at nanganallur and another is at ullagaram. My flat is at ullagaram modern school. Only 4 flats in our apartment. 2 houses in ground floor and another 2houses in first floor. Even during flood time no problem even to our ground floor houses. So pucca apartment during rainy seasons. All 4 flats have individual water head tank capacity of 2000ltrs., apart from common water head tank. we also have underground water sump. So no water problem at all. Underground drainage is available. So no drainage problem. My flat have 2 WESTERN TOILETS. 2 BALCONIES. One road side balcony and another one for kitchen. Spacious hall with L shaped dining area. Compact kitchen. Split AC provision for Hall, and for two bedrooms available with sockets. Inverter wiring done. The only disadvantage is we don't have car parking inside our flat. we have 30ft road width. Two wheeler parking available. we can park even 3 vehicles to each family...
